With February being National Heart Month this is a great time to think about your sugar intake and what effect this could have on your heart health. 

Farmer's Market: Sweet Corn

This summer series was focused on in season foods you can find at the Farmer's Market. In the month of July, sweet corn is in season and is a common stable in Indiana. This Part 1 of this segment and highlights some tasty recipes and ways to prepare sweet corn.

This is the Part 2 of the Sweet Corn news segment. The recipe that is highlighted in this segment is sweet corn ice cream. It is delicious and something you should try this summer!

This Farmer's Market series continues with food highlighted in the month of June is Beets. This is a deep, purple vegetable that when people see it at their local Farmer's Market may find it intimidating, but it can be made into some delicious recipes. 

Wellness Wednesday: Healthy Grilling Tips

If you enjoy being outside when the weather if nice and cooking food out on the grill this segment is for you. This segment focuses on how to grill safely and we cook up some delicious blueberry hamburgers.

Wondering what makes foods super? Then you should check out this clip and see if you could try to incorporate more of these foods into your diet.
